Ingredients Of Kodo Millet Noodles
Noodles: Kodo millet flour, whole wheat flour, salt & purified water.
Masala: Pepper, Tomato powder, amchur powder, green chili, cardamom, and bay leaf.
Preparation
- Take a pan and add 6 cups of water. Add a suitable amount of salt and boil it.
- Add 2 teaspoons of oil & add Kodo Millets Noodles. Boil it for 2 minutes.
- After getting cooled, drain the water and add a cup of cold water and drain it.
- Place a pan on the stove and add 4 teaspoon of oil 2 Onions, 1 Tomato and add, Vegetables (chopped) Mix 25gms of ginger garlic paste. Cooked the content.
- Add 2 teaspoons of oil and Tastemaker mix with the boiled Kodo Millets Noodles. Add Coriander leaves and serve.
