Starting from the 11th day, you’ll repeat the same sequence.
In addition to the millet rice, Dr. Khadar Vali recommends taking the following kashayam, or herbal decoctions, for one week each and then repeating the cycle:
– Week 1: Tinospora cordifolia
– Week 2: Jamun leaves
– Week 3: Ivy gourd leaves
– Week 4: Mint
– Week 5: Drumstick leaves
– Week 6: Abutilon indicum
– Week 7: Fenugreek leaves
– Week 8: Coriander leaves
