Please make an unboxing video while opening the package and WhatsApp us to claim any damage. Without that video, we cannot help with any claims.
Aarogyamastu is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship from the direct seller (source) throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies.
Our prices are all-inclusive of tax.
Orders are usually dispatched the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 1 to 10 (max. 15) working days (via Indian Post or competitive private courier partners of the sellers like DTDC, Delhivery, Amazon etc). We will ensure you the fastest delivery possible. Depending upon the selected products in your order, they will be shipped from the respective seller and accordingly, shipping charges are charged based on weight. If the weight of a sub-order from a specific seller is more than 15 kg, the parcel will only be tranpsorted through road transport services like VRL, Navata etc. Transport charges are to be borne by the customer and we charge only for packing charges for heavy and bulky orders. Customer has to share nearby transport service and pay the necessary amount directly to the transport office while collecting the parcel. If they need door delivery, additional shipping charges have to be paid by the customer upon request.
Most parcels are delivered within 15 days max. Delivery date mentioned in the invoice is a tentative date only. However in case, there are a few areas that are out of coverage deliverable areas, or due to technical problems, the delivery time may be longer. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. So, give a proper address with the nearest landmark in the order.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
