Ready to Cook Health Mix

Preparation Method 1:

Add 2 tbsp of Health Mix to 250 ml of Desi cow milk or water and mix without lumps, boil the mixture for 5 mins stirring continuously, then add jaggery (also add ghee for taste) and serve hot.

Preparation Method 2:

Add 2 tbsp of Health Mix to 250 ml of Desi cow milk or water and mix without lumps, boil the mixture for 5 mins stirring continuously on low flame, then small pieces of steamed or cooked vegetables of your choice, add salt and lemon for taste. No the healthy breakfast is ready to serve hot.
