Overview

Our (aarogyamastu.in) refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products like Diet plans
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In case of Customised Diet plan, amount once paid will not be refunded or returned at any cost. Customer should give correct mobile number (preferably WhatsApp number) and email through which we will send the diet plan. If no communication is there from the customer side or if he/she didn’t respond to our messages/emails, the amount paid will not be returned at any circumstances.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item back to our seller. You may contact us for the address.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email at [email protected] and upon approval from our side, you may send the item in same package back to our seller. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The same is applicable for orders not delivered by our shipping partners. Our sellers will try to send again the parcel. However, in some cases, we may not be able to send again the parcel and in that case, you will get only product cost as refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Place your orders at your own risk. Once the orders are shipped from our sellers, we/our sellers hold no responsibiliity. If you have given wrong address or mobile number and if our courier agent cannot able to deliver at the given address, the parcel will be returned back to the origin. In that case, refund will only be processed for the cost of products you purchased and shipping charges are not refunded. If you still need the product, you will have to pay the shipping charges for reshipment. However, it is subjected to our seller approval and their shipping policy. You are responsible for providing accurate address, email and mobile number.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Cancellation Policy

Aarogyamastu.in believes in helping its customers as much as possible and therefore, has a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy, cancellations will be considered only if the shipment has not been dispatched for the order placed with us via our website i.e., Aarogyamastu.in (“Website”). Once the shipment (from any one seller, if it is multiseller order) has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction that defies the terms and conditions of using the Website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/ without providing any notification to you.


Cancellation before Shipment

You can write to our customer support on [email protected] or WhatsApp us on +916354880110 (Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 7 pm) to cancel your order.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 2 – 5 days, after the cancellation request is processed.

Please note that your order cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of order confirmation.
