Procedure for applying:
- Choose suitable Health plans from below by filling appropriate details accurately and paying the required amount.
- You will get a notification in your email.
- We will get in touch with you on your WhatsApp number.
- We will share with you a Google form to record your inputs before making a suitable diet plan.
- We may request patients’/your latest (not older than 3 months) blood and scanning reports.
- Our team will take at least 2 to 7 working days to analyse your reports and get in touch with you in case of any queries.
- You can opt for a Health Counselling session* (by choosing the appointment time suitable for you) – below Google Calendar.
- We will create a dedicated WhatsApp group (for Silver and Gold membership holders) for any kind of queries/support.

I have been on Plant based diet since last six years or so. Though my sugar level had come down considerably but still not up to the mark with lots of fluctuations on daily basis. For the last four months, I have been following Dr. Khadhar Valli's protocol & having shridhanya millet Ambali at lunch & dinner time daily. Now my sugar levels have came down to around 60 - 65 at fasting & 90 to 100 at PP., Which are considered as very low. Hence, I had to switch from Shridhanya millet Ambali to non Ambali shridhanya millet food at lunch time to bring my sugar levels to 70 to 80 at Fasting & 100 to 120 at PP. This shows how effective is the Ambali of Shridhanya millets taken at Lunch & dinner time daily till you are completely cured. I would call it a miracle food to cure any kind of health issues. Hi, Iam just sharing my experience here, in 2019-20 my blood pressure was 190/100 and my serum creatinine was 2.9. I don't know from what source I connected and watched more videos to gain a thorough understanding of the ailment of CKD.
