Dr. Ramachandra Diet
Note :
1. People with chronic or severe health problems ie kidney, liver, cancer etc. should follow this diet only as per the advice of the doctor.
2. Diabetic people should not use honey in juice.
Key Principles of Diet:
1. Wake up before sunrise (around 5am). Drink two glasses of fresh water immediately after waking up. Leave for an hour and drink two glasses of fresh water again. Finish routines by 5-8am and do exercise, yoga, meditation, cycling, running.
2. Drink “Morning Juice” juice 30 minutes before breakfast/tiffin. At 4:30 pm drink the juice prescribed by the doctor from the juice table.
3. Eat only fruits for dinner. Finish by 6-7pm.
4. No meat, eggs, milk, no genetically modified GMO food.
5. Reduce salt, pepper and oil in food.
6. Drink a glass of fresh water every hour between meals. Also drink buttermilk occasionally in between.
7. Do physical activity (at least exercise or yoga) every day. It is a vital part of the life cycle of your body’s cells.
Note:
1. For a glass of juice, all types of leaves are combined in a guppy size.
2. All types of juices can be diluted with enough water and drunk. Strain the juice and drink it.
3. All juices can be mixed with lemon juice and honey. Diabetic people should not use honey in juice.
4. Those with respiratory problems like sinus and asthma should dilute the juice with warm water and drink it.
Morning Juice : Drink the following juice 30 minutes before eating breakfast (tiffin). This is the same juice every day. Doctor, if you want to add something special to this juice in addition to this juice to solve your problem, do the same.
Coriander + Mint + 7 Tulsi Leaves (Guppet the whole)
Evening Juice : (4:30 PM)
1.Munagaku + Curry Juice.
2. Gray pumpkin juice.
3.Mixed vegetable juice (Tomato + Zucchini + Zucchini + Beer).
4. Carrot + beet root juice (diabetics should not drink it).
5.4-hour soaked and strained mango juice (for B-complex).
6. Lettuce + curry leaves (for bone health, calcium).
7. Lettuce + curry juice (for those with low BP).
8. Guppedu gongura leaf boiled in a glass of water and strained as a decoction (for blood clotting).
9.8-day-old wheatgrass juice (for increasing blood).
10.Kondapindi leaves juice (to dissolve kidney stones).
11.Ranapala leaves juice (to dissolve gall bladder stones).
12. White galijera juice (to reduce if creatinine is high).
Morning (7-8 am): Breakfast / Tiffin:
Natural food is good: fruits, sprouts, salads, spinach, dates. Soaked Nuts: Cashews, Pumpkin, Sunflower, Almonds, Walnuts etc.
(or until a natural diet is used)
Cooked food:
1.Idli or doshas made with shelled minappappu + snacks or raw rice.
2. Grated lettuce + carrot can be added to the idli batter.
3. You can add greens + tavu to the dosa batter.
4. Doshas can be made with pesala sprouts.
5. Sorghum / Sajja / Ragi Breads.
6. Ambali made with cereals.
7. Upma made with vegetables.
Afternoon (12-1 pm):
Rice (or) breads:
1.Rice made with raw rice /red rice /black rice /cereals.(meal should be 50% rice + 50% curry)
2.or breads / Pulkas made with small grains. 2 loaves + 50% curry should be)
Curry:
1. Make sure to have more greens.
2. Oil, salt and pepper in curries should be reduced by 50%. You can use onion and lemon juice without salt and pepper.
3. Before cooking the curries, add roasted palli/sesame/minappappu/shanagappu powder, dry or raw coconut for flavor.
Evening (6-7 pm):
1. Only fruits should be consumed. All kinds of fruits can be eaten except banana.
Diabetics should not eat banana, mango, sapota, cantaloupe, and dates.
