How to Follow the Protocol

For the first 10 days, consume a different type of millet rice each day:

• Day 1 & 2: Little Millet Rice

• Day 3 & 4: Kodo Millet Rice

• Day 5 & 6: Barnyard Millet Rice

• Day 7 & 8: Foxtail Millet Rice

• Day 9 & 10: Browntop Millet Rice

From the 11th day onwards, simply repeat the same 10-day cycle.

Recommended Herbal Decoctions (Kashayam)

As per Dr. Khadar Vali’s guidance, take each herbal decoction for one week and repeat the cycle:

• Week 1: Holy Basil (Tulasi)

• Week 2: Aegle Marmelos (Bilva)

• Week 3: Coriander

• Week 4: Sarpagandha

• Week 5: Opuntia Dilleni

• Week 6: Abutilon Indicum

• Week 7: Tinospora Cordifolia (Giloy)
