Kambu beetroot Mysore pak is a variation of the traditional South Indian sweet known as Mysore pak. It is made by mixing together kambu flour (made from pearl millet), beetroot puree, ghee, and sugar. The mixture is cooked on low heat until it forms a thick, dough-like consistency. It is then shaped into small, flat rounds or squares and cooled until firm.

Beetroot is added to give a beautiful color and also provide a good source of dietary nitrate which helps to improve blood flow, reduce blood pressure and improve athletic performance.
